Picture Day Assistant - Job Summary

Support the Picture Day Team by managing check-in process and customer interaction. Ensure an organized and friendly front-line experience.

• Manage check-in stations at photo events.
• Assist with setup, customer guidance, and supply organization.
• Help with athlete or student flow and minor posing tasks.

• Great communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior event, customer service, or education experience a plus.

• Reliable transportation and availability on event dates.
• Able to stand/move for long periods and lift 15+ lbs.
• Varied schedule availability ranging from school days, afternoon, evening and some weekend availability.
