Athletes and coaches must be photographed on one of these two dates to be included in team and individual photos. Can't make the scheduled slot? Pop in with another team on Wednesday or Thursday at any time we are scheduled to be at M1!

How Do I Order Pictures?

Pictures can be ordered online from your athlete's private album after Picture Day as soon as the Club's gallery is active.
Our goal to release these albums is 10 days after the last program Picture Day OR Make-Up Day if this applies to ANYONE in the program.

Do I Need to Bring an Order Form on Picture Day?

There are NO paper order forms!
All images will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day.
Please allow approximately 10 business days after picture day. You will receive an email that includes a link to your private album and ordering information!

What Pictures do you take on Picture Day?

All athletes will have at least three images taken on Picture Day.
We will photograph each athlete in a team pose (for use when we build the team photo), and two individual volleyball poses (for use in their individual photos).
We will pick one of the individual poses to make sure it works in all of our graphic designs and the athlete gets to pick the other as a personality pose of his/her choice.
We'll have posing charts for inspiration or they can create a pose of their own!

Can I Take a Sibling or Buddy Picture?

We LOVE these photos that you intend to purchase, and try to allow time in team's slot for these photos. With limited time and tight schedules, we do need to limit these to images that will be purchased.
Please bring your sibling, buddy, or coach parent with you to your scheduled picture time.

What if I am Absent on my Team's Picture Day?

To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your team's designated Picture Day and time.
If circumstances prevent you from attending, you can still be included in the Team photo so long as you attend a studio make-up session within the specified deadline
Any athlete not photographed during your club's designated Picture Days will not be included in the Team photo, but may still arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES ONLY in our Woodstock, IL studio.
A $35 sitting fee will apply to all private sessions with a portion of the session fee being converted to a custom coupon that can be applied to photo orders.

What Uniform Should I Wear?

Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING ALL UNIFORMS!

Will You See My Kneepads & Shoes?

We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about midthigh level. However, images may also be used by the Club on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot.
We encourage you to be dressed from head-to-toe just in case!

How much do the Prints & Speciality items Cost?

We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, framed prints and more.
We have also bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice based on product availability and industry fluctuations. Click here to view our standard price list for Team & Individual pictures.
Custom items such as banners, Big Heads on a Stick, quantity discounts, and more can be quoted upon request!
