FAQS FOR TEAM PICTURES

- There are NO paper order forms!
- All your photos will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day.
- We use email address provided by the Program to send the private links. If you need to update this information, please let us know on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com
- Yes, we LOVE Buddy & Sibling Pictures! However, for time constraints, we may need to limit these to siblings only. If time allows buddy photos too, we will likely need to limit these photos to ONE image! (If you have more than one Buddy, we encourage you to include ALL of your buddies in one image!)
- If you would like a sibling photo, including COACHES WITH ATHLETES IN THE PROGRAM, please come together to one of your designated team times.
- Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform.
- IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING BOTH/ALL UNIFORMS!
- If you are wearing white, please avoid dark undergarments.
- We LOVE props in your Individual pictures!
- The program typically provides game balls for use in photos. Any other equipment such as poms, gloves, bats, hats, head gear, good luck charms, trophies, medals, etc. is up to you!
- We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about mid-thigh level. BUT the images may also be used by the program on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot.
- We encourage you to be dressed from head to toe!
- To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your designated Picture Day and time.
- If circumstances prevent this, you can still be included in the Team photo if you register and attend the designated make-up date AT OUR STUDIO within ONE WEEK of your Picture Day. There is no charge for a make-up photo within this timeframe.
- Any athlete not photographed within a week, can arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES, but will not be included in the Team photo. A $35 sitting fee will apply to all private sessions.
- To arrange a Make-Up or Private Session, please email service@higherfocusphotography.com or check our Open Studio Dates at https://higherfocusphotography.gotphoto.com/jobs/OpenStudio.
- Pictures are viewed and ordered online from private albums after Picture Day as soon as the gallery is active.
- You will receive an email from High Focus Photography when your album is ready!
- Please note that we will use the email you provided to the club or school program for your athlete. If you need to update this email information, please let us know on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com
- We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, framed prints and more.
- We have bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles.
