FAQS FOR TEAM PICTURES

There are NO paper order forms! All images will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day. Participants will receive a QR sheet on Picture Day. The Access Code to the athlete's private album will be included on this sheet. You can scan the QR code to register your email address to be notified as soon as the albums are active! 

We LOVE Buddy & Sibling Pictures and no longer require advance registration. If you would like a Buddy photo - including COACHES WITH ATHLETES ON THE TEAM - please have your athlete request this during check-in.

Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING BOTH/ALL UNIFORMS! If you are wearing white, please avoid dark undergarments. 

We LOVE props in your Individual pictures! In most cases, the program provides game balls for use in photos. Any other equipment such as gloves, bats, hats, head gear, good luck charms, trophies, medals, etc. is up to you! 

We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about midthigh level. However, images may also be used by the program on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot. We encourage you to be dressed from head to toe!

To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your  designated Picture Day and time. If circumstances prevent this, you can still be included in the Team photo if you register and attend the designated make-up date AT OUR STUDIO. Any athlete not photographed on the designated make-up date can arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES, but will not be included in the Team photo. Pictures are viewed and ordered online from private albums after Picture Day as soon as the gallery is active. You will receive an email from High Focus Photography when your album is ready! Note that we will use the email you provided to the club or school program for your athlete. You can add additional emails by scanning the QR code your athlete received on Picture Day!

We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, banners, buttons, key chains, wooden plaques, framed prints and more. We have also bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles.
