Welcome to Chi-City Volleyball Club Picture Day FAQs!

Pictures can be ordered online from your athlete's private album after Picture Day as soon as the Club's gallery is active. Our goal to release these albums is 10 days after the last program Picture Day OR Make-Up Day if this applies to ANYONE in the program.

There are NO paper order forms! All images will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day. Your athlete will receive a QR sheet on Picture Day, the Access Code to his/her private album will be included on this sheet. You can scan the QR code to register your email address to be notified as soon as the albums are active! 

All athletes will have at least four images taken on Picture Day. We will photograph each athlete with his/her QR card (see more about QR cards above!), a team pose (for use when we build the team photo), and two individual volleyball poses (for use in their individual photos). We will pick one of these poses and the athlete gets to pick the other. We'll have posing charts for inspiration or they can create one of their own!

We LOVE Buddy & Sibling Pictures!  Advance Registration is NO LONGER REQUIRED for Buddy and Sibling photos. If you would like a buddy photo - INCLUDING ALL COACHES WITH A CHI-CITY ATHLETE - please make sure your athlete requests this during check in on Picture Day! 

To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your team's designated Picture Day and time. If circumstances prevent you from this, you can still be included in the Team photo so long as you attend one of the designated make-up dates during Picture Week. Any athlete not photographed during your club's designated Picture Days will not be included in the Team photo, but may still arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES ONLY in our Woodstock, IL studio. A $25 sitting fee will apply to all private sessions.

Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING ALL UNIFORMS!

We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about midthigh level. However, images may also be used by the Club on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot. We encourage you to be dressed from head to toe!

We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, wooden plaques, framed prints and more. We have also bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles.
