Private Make-Ups for Individual Photos Only

Athletes and coaches not photographed on 1/8 or 1/9 can arrange a private make-up session in the Woodstock, IL-based studio by emailing service@higherfocusphotography.com. These will be for individual photos only. A $35 private sitting fee will apply.

Picture Day Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions after reading the FAQs below, please email us. We'd love to help!

  • Pictures can be ordered online from your athlete's private album after Picture Day as soon as the Club's gallery is active. 
  • Our goal to release these albums is 10 days after the last program Picture Day OR Make-Up Day if this applies to ANYONE in the program.

  • There are NO paper order forms! 
  • All images will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day.
  • Please allow approximately 10 business days after picture day. You will receive an email that includes a link to your private album and ordering information!

  • All athletes will have at least three images taken on Picture Day. 
  • We will photograph each athlete in a team pose (for use when we build the team photo), and two individual volleyball poses (for use in their individual photos). 
  • We will pick one of the individual poses to make sure it works in all of our graphic designs and the athlete gets to pick the other as a personality pose of his/her choice. 
  • We'll have posing charts for inspiration or they can create a pose of their own!

  • We LOVE sibling and Coach 'N Me pictures for family members in the program!
  • Please bring your family member with you to your scheduled picture time. 
  • We also do our best to accommodate teammate Buddy photos, but our tight Picture Day schedules don't always allow time for these! We do ask that if you request a buddy photo, that the intent is to purchase these photos. Thank you for understanding! :)

  • To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your team's designated Picture Day and time. 
  • If circumstances prevent you from attending, you can still be included in the Team photo so long as you attend one of the designated make-up dates during Picture Week. 
  • Any athlete not photographed during your club's designated Picture Days will not be included in the Team photo, but may still arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES ONLY in our Woodstock, IL studio. 
  • A $35 sitting fee will apply to all private sessions.

  • Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform. 
  • IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING ALL UNIFORMS!

  • We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about midthigh level. However, images may also be used by the Club on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot. 
  • We encourage you to be dressed from head-to-toe just in case!

  • We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, framed prints and more. 
  • We have also bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles. 
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice based on product availability and industry fluctuations. Click here to view our standard price list for Team & Individual pictures. 
  • Custom items such as banners, Big Heads on a Stick, quantity discounts, and more can be quoted upon request!
