Picture Day Frequently Asked Questions

If you have questions after reading the FAQs below, please email us. We'd love to help!

  • Pictures can be ordered online from your athlete's private album after Picture Day as soon as the Club's gallery is active online. 
  • Our goal to release these albums within 10 days after the last program Picture Day OR Make-Up Day if this applies to ANYONE in the program.
  • NOTE: We use parent email addresses provided by the Club. If you need to update this information or provide additional email addresses, please let us know during check-in on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com.

  • There are NO paper order forms! 
  • All images will be available in private online albums to view and order AFTER Picture Day.
  •  We will email you a link to your athlete's private album as soon as the Club's gallery is active online. 
  • NOTE: We use parent email addresses provided by the Club. If you need to update this information or provide additional email addresses, please let us know during check-in on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com.

  • All athletes will have at least three photos taken on Picture Day for use in the team photo, his/her individual photo, and his/her headshot/roster photo. 
  • We'll have posing charts for inspiration or they can create a pose of their own!

  • Yes - if you have family members that are athletes or Coaches in the Club!
  • Please bring your sibling or Coach with you to your team's designated Picture Day and time for these photos.

  • To avoid delays to your team's photos, we encourage you to make every effort to attend your team's designated Picture Day and time. 
  • If circumstances prevent you from attending, you can still be included in the Team photo IF you have your photo taken on another day during your club's designated Picture Days. 
  • Any athlete not photographed during your club's designated Picture Days will not be included in the Team photo, but may still arrange a private make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES ONLY in our Woodstock, IL studio. 

  • Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform for your team. 
  • IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING ALL OF YOUR UNIFORMS!
  • NOTE: For white or light-colored uniforms, please avoid dark undergarments.

  • We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about mid-thigh level. However, images may also be used by the Club on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot. 
  • We encourage you to be dressed from head to toe!

  • We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, framed prints and more. 
  • We have also bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles. 
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice based on product availability and industry fluctuations. Click here to view a sample price list for Team & Individual pictures. 
  • Custom items, quantity discounts, and more can be quoted upon request.
