Photographer / Editor - Job Summary

Combine photography skills with post-production expertise to deliver high-quality images and maintain consistency with HFP brand standards. This dual-role position supports both onsite photography and internal editing operations.

• Capture individual, team, or event images according to assignment.
• Edit and retouch images according to HFP workflow and quality guidelines.
• Manage post-production timelines, file organization, and delivery.
• Use tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, and HFP’s photo sales platform.
• Support backup processes, color correction, cropping, and file naming.
• Participate in workflow optimization and team improvement efforts.
• Stay updated with software updates and best practices.

• Skilled in both photography and photo editing.
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop required.
• Excellent attention to detail and file management.
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
• Previous volume photography experience with schools and sports preferred.
• Familiarity with composite photography systems - Lastolite hi-key preferred.

• Own computer with reliable internet access.
• Must complete HFP editing workflow training.
• Reliable transportation for on-site work.
• Occasional evening and weekend availability required.
• Flexibility during peak photography seasons.

 All provided by HFP for volume photography. Event photography assignments may require own equipment.

$20-25 per hour based on experience
