Launching in Fall 2025, HER Focus Media is a women-led initiative built to empower female creatives to be the service providers of choice for girls' sports.

We believe girls’ sports deserve more than visibility - they deserve to be documented, celebrated, and remembered by people who fully understand the story. That’s why we’re elevating Women Creatives as the preferred media service providers for girls' sports programs — creating authentic, high-quality content that honors the athletes and inspires future creatives.

But HER Focus Media is more than beautiful photos and hype reels — it’s a platform for mentorship, access, and opportunity. Through hands-on training, real-world event coverage, and industry exposure, we are opening doors for women and girls to step confidently into roles as photographers, editors, videographers, designers, and media producers.
