FAQs for Team Pictures

Do I Need to Bring an Order Form on Picture Day?

  • There are NO paper order forms! 
  • All your photos will be available in private online albums to view and order about 10 days after the program's last scheduled Picture Day.
  • We use email address provided by the Program to send the private links. If you need to update this information, please let us know on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com

Can I Take a Buddy or Sibling Picture?

  • Yes, we LOVE Buddy & Sibling Pictures! However, for time constraints, limit these to images intended for purchase to ONE image per athlete! (If you have more than one Buddy, we encourage you to include ALL of your buddies in one photo!)
  • Just bring your buddy (could be sibling or Coach Parent too!) to your team's scheduled picture time.

What Uniform Should I Wear?

  • Please check with your Coach to confirm the uniform.
  • IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT, PLEASE BRING BOTH/ALL UNIFORMS!
  • If you are wearing white, please avoid dark undergarments.

Can I include Props in my photos?

  • We LOVE props in your Individual pictures!
  • The program typically provides game balls for use in photos. Any other equipment such as poms, gloves, bats, hats, head gear, good luck charms, trophies, medals, etc. is up to you!

Will You See My Shoes?

  • We might! Our traditional Team and Individual poses are cropped about mid-thigh level. BUT the images may also be used by the program on social media or other promotional materials that may call for a full-length shot.
  • We encourage you to be dressed from head to toe!

What if I am Absent on Picture Day?

  • To avoid delays to everyone's team photos, you must be photographed on one of your program's designated Picture Days. (If you can't attend your team's scheduled time, you may attend a designed make-up time or individuals may also pop-in during another team's time.) 
  • Any athlete not photographed on their program's designated Picture Day/s can arrange a private studio make-up session for INDIVIDUAL PICTURES. A $35 sitting fee will apply to all private studio sessions.
  • To arrange a Make-Up or Private Session, please email service@higherfocusphotography.com.

How Do I View & Order Pictures?

  • Pictures are viewed and ordered online from private albums after Picture Day as soon as the gallery is active.
  • You will receive an email from High Focus Photography when your album is ready!
  • Please note that we will use the email you provided to the club or school program for your athlete. If you need to update this email information, please let us know on Picture Day or email us at service@higherfocusphotography.com

How much do Prints & Speciality items Cost?

  • We offer a variety of a la carte items ranging from professional prints, digital files, buttons, key chains, framed prints and more.
  • We have bundled some of our most popular items into discounted package bundles.
